BASIC RULES:
On the FIRST day of each month, over twelve months, you will be adding a new habit that you must complete EVERY DAY.
You must complete each goal/task that you add EVERY DAY for the rest of the year.
You will have a total of 12 new habits that you are doing DAILY in December.

The point of creating this challenge is to immerse yourself in habits SLOWLY. You will start with only one habit for the first 30 days of your year long journey, adding a new habit at the beginning of each month.
You need to be realistic in picking these habits, because you should be striving to complete them EVERY DAY. Your first habit should be something you WANT to do and can complete EVERY DAY for an entire year. If you start at the 1st day the January, your habits will look something like this…
January through December = Habit 1 = 365 days completed
February through December = Habit 2 = 334 days completed
March through December = Habit 3 = 306 days completed
and so on…
REMEMBER! THE GOAL IS COMPLETING HABITS EVERY DAY TO TURN YOUR LIGHTSWITCH "ON"!
Unlike some challenges, if you miss a day YOU HAVE NOT FAILED! Your goal is to keep your light as bright as possible, and the best way to do that is to complete your habits as much as possible. Life happens - don't let it turn your light off. Keeping you out of the dark phases in the LSB cycle is key. As long as you are accomplishing some of your habits daily, your light will stay on and help create a better you!
